Responsibilities
The Human Resources unit of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine is seeking to hire an HR Specialist. In this role, you will provide personnel support services to 450+ staff and academic members. Primary duties include:
•Coordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding process of staff and academic employees, including processing personnel changes in the HR database
•Assist with managing the Academic Review process and other Academic personnel matters
•Maintain personnel files and various HR documents
•Liaises with the Central Resource Unit, the UCPath Center, and other HR units
