SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY - Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position)

Perform various daily office tasks required in processing an application for admission to BHCLR. Advise current and prospective students over the phone and in person of the admission’s process and requirements by program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience

Minimum requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required; one year of successful college experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated with a high level of organizational skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.
Required skills: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Proficient computer and typewriting skills.
