Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock (BHMC-LR), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking BE/BC Endocrinologists to build a new practice. The ideal candidates will be physicians who are excited about the prospect of building a practice from the ground up. It is anticipated that this opportunity will be 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient. This opportunity is an employment agreement with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), a subsidiary of Baptist Health. Compensation includes a base salary, bonus opportunity, and generous benefits. All physician positions are for Board Certified or Board Eligible MDs or DOs. This opportunity does not qualify for a J-1 visa waiver. All physicians must be able to obtain Arkansas licensure before they begin practicing.
