It is our philosophy that Clinical Research Business Development must go hand in hand with management of the logistics and capacity of the research site in order to ensure that these studies can be conducted successfully. BHCCR has strong clinical trial management teams in place, including clinical trials project management, recruitment, regulatory, IT and quality departments.

Summary: This position serves under the direction of the CEO, pursuing and developing relationships between pharmaceutical and biotechnical organizations and the Baptist Health Center for Clinical Research, in order to implement/facilitate new clinical research studies and contracts. This position will require mobilization and utilization of a business development database for the purpose of continued implementation of clinical research studies and obtainment of new contracts.

Other Information: Our Company requires four years experience in business development for clinical trial sites, site networks, pharmaceutical, biotechnical, or in a clinical research organization. Experience in the logistics of clinical trial operations is preferred; strong computer skills.

MBA with relevant experience; BS/BA in business or life sciences. Applicants with an exceptional track record in clinical research business development will be considered regardless of education.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
