Summary
Are you looking for an exciting role as part of a dynamic leadership team for the premier occupational health program in the upstate of South Carolina. The WorkHealthySC Corporate Relations Manager could be the opportunity that checks all the boxes.
WorkHealthySC is seeking a high energy sales professional with a passion for business growth and experience prospecting and closing contracts. This lead sales role, requires daily prospecting and cultivating leads for new business. This role will also demonstrate strong client relationship management. The WorkHealthySC Corporate Relations Manager will develop strategies and execute plans to achieve growth and profitability targets. He/she will work with the WorkHealthySC leadership team to lead the employer relationship channel on behalf of SRHS. He/she will be responsible for managing relationships with employers and brokers. Utilizing a conceptual sales approach, this Manager will seek to match WorkHealthySC services tailored to the specific needs of clients. Excellent communication skills is required.
This vital management position reports to the Director, Occupational and WorkHealthySC, and will lead all new business development/sales efforts on behalf of SHRS’s WorkHealthySC division. The Director, along with other key team leaders are proactive and passionate about serving the needs of employers in the upstate. Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 2 years of sales experience required

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Decisive and effective management leadership skills
- Knowledge of occupational health and wellness services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare market including understanding of the occupational health regulations/guidelines
- Results oriented, with strong project management and influencing skills
- Strong skills and knowledge of digital marketing
- Manage diverse relationships
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Ability to be a liaison between the client and the medical staff
- Adept at using new and emerging technologies to market to client representatives with varied communication preferences
- All other duties as assigned
