SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY - Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position)
Prepares high quality food items using complex and detailed recipes and provides high quality food service in a productive, efficient, attractive and accurate manner under rigid time constraints that meet department quality, quantity and food safety standards while providing excellent patient and customer satisfaction. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experience
High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience Preferred. 3-4 years related experience, knowledge of basic operation of equipment and cash handling preferred.
