Responsibilities

 

As the Ambulatory Care Management Clinical Educator, you will assume the responsibility and accountability for conducting Department Orientation for new staff, ongoing education, skills and competencies for existing staff including, but not limited to, Annual Competencies and Skills. You will develop curriculum, orientations, competencies, as well as audit tools approved by the System Director and Assistant Directors. In addition, you will assist in Quality Assessments and other Administrative Duties as assigned by the Department Director. You will also be responsible for assisting with clinical management, supervisory, and administrative coordination within the Department of Care Coordination and Clinical Social Work, oversee the development of preceptors within department for clinical case managers and care coordinators as well as supervise assigned staff. This position is a combination of clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities.
