Job Description
Watertown Regional Medical Center
Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to work at a private clinic supporting, and located within Trek Bicycle Corporation, in Waterloo WI. Our Ideal rockstar will collaborate with a provider and medical team to perform a variety of patient care activities as well as provide on-site lead duties. This position can be filled by a MA or LPN.
Candidate will be responsible for meeting the needs of Trek Bicycle Corporation employees and family members by providing a variety of direct patient care services including, but not limited to, planning, implementing and evaluating direct patient care, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, supervising appropriate record retention of all medical records, guiding patients via education and communication, maintaining optimal patient flow, and administering medications.
Individual must perform in accord with hospital standards and policies, and will work in collaboration with Trek, WRMC Clinic Manager and Clinic Provider on all day-to-day activities. Continual communication with patients, providers and other staff is essential.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required plus additional vocational/specialized healthcare training required.
License/Certifications/Experience requirements: Can include any of the following:
Medical Assistant, Registered
Certified Medical Assistant
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Will also need to be CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certified upon hire or within 60 days
