Watertown Regional Medical Center
The Clinic Patient Procedure Scheduler is responsible for providing clear, concise directions to Eye Care patients scheduled for surgery & procedures at WRMC. This position will preauthorize/preregister/pre-certify surgical & procedure patients and perform related functions to meet or exceed customer requirements. Performs accurate, efficient and courteous scheduling of procedures, provides non-clinical and clinical instructions and facilitates handoffs to primary care, nurse navigators and laboratory as needed.
Full time, Weekdays only.

Qualified Candidates will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must meet one of the following requirements: Medical or healthcare program graduation, or certified as a Medical Assistant, or 2 years of experience performing the above duties, in a doctor’s office.
NOTE: Graduation from a Medical or healthcare program, or being certified as a Medical Assistant may be accepted in place of the experience requirements.
