Provides support to assist the Manager in establishing and meeting goals of the Emergency Dept. at the Baptist Health Little Rock campus; participates in development of patient care programs, policies and procedures related to nursing care needs of patients. Assists in developing and implementing plans to provide nursing care. Responsible and accountable for leadership and management for clinical practice and resources of the nursing department on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills responsibilities of Manager in their absence. Implement Evidence Based Practice.

Licensed in the state of Arkansas; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Evidence of progressive leadership experience with minimum of three (3) years of nursing leadership.
