Prior Emergency Department Technician for Valley Health War Memorial Hospital, Berkeley Springs (Supervisor: Chris Parsons). I am a very experienced Medic, EMT, CPR/First Aid Instructor, and ED Tech. I completed my EPIC Certification while I was working for your Valley Health System. I left on very good terms as I was offered a Full Time position at the Social Security Administration. I am looking for an ED Tech position with your system once again for weekend and holiday work only. I will be moving next month to Flintstone, MD and have no problem with traveling to Winchester or Berkeley Springs for the weekend or holiday shift(s). I have very reliable transportation and am very dependable. I am an Iraqi Freedom II Veteran and classified as a 60% Disabled Veteran from the VA.

Calculate benefit amounts, conduct initial fraud investigations, manage hundreds of case loads. Work front desk reception and answer telephone calls. Troubleshoot many difficult issues and research Social Security policy and implement its regulations into the cases.
