Skills: proven leadership, supervision and management expertise; demonstrated ability to provide sound chaplain/pastoral care support in multiple, very diverse settings (both combat/traumatic and non-combat/non-traumatic settings); pastoral counseling expertise in addressing individual, marriage and family issues; ability to provide chaplain/pastoral guidance and care related to case note documentation, Living Will/End of Life Directives, legal and ethical standards,  utilization of assessment tools, grief and loss counseling; multicultural competency; etc.

Of these hours, 361.5 were direct client hours (individual, marriage and family counseling experiences).
