Research Fellow - Microbiology/Immunology - Full-time, Staff
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking Post-Doctoral Candidate with a background in immunology and/or cancer biology to take projects focused on understanding the role of the tumor microenvironment on immunotherapy resistance. The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and at the same time be a team player and who wants to unfold his/her high potential and enthusiasm in a collaborative research environment.
The candidate will perform state-of-the-art flow cytometry, CyTOF, single-cell RNA sequencing, bioinformatics and murine/human tumor models to investigate mechanisms of resistance and acquired resistance to TCR-/CAR-T cell adoptive therapy. Experience with molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology, cancer immunology, and cell culture are preferred.
Completed doctorate (Ph.D, MD or equivalent) in a relavant scientific discipline
