This position will be located at 400C Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.
Under the clinical direction of the Office Manager/Medical Director/Supervising Physician, the CRNP functions as a member of the medical care management team. The CRNP diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions, and evaluates patient responses in collaboration with the attending physician for patients ranging in age from infancy through late adulthood.
Full-time, (40 hours/wk), 8:30am-5:00pm, Varied schedule and one evening per week to meet the needs of the practice.
3-5 years of general medical nursing experience. Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and Certificate from Nurse Practitioner Program is required. Valid and current licensure as a CRNP in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required. Pursues learning opportunities in order to maintain certification. Maintains good communication with Hospital personnel and physicians regarding issues of practice and role.
Valid Driver’s licensure and auto insurance required. This position follows the driving policy of Abington Jefferson Health which requires one to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Current auto insurance with proof of coverage required. Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington-Jefferson's Health auto insurance policy. Must have the ability to work in multiple geographic locations in keeping within the schedule.
