The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Technologists in the CT Section in CT room preparation, work-flow, stocking, obtaining supplies, ensuring the safe and timely transport of patients to and from the Radiology Department, while rotating through various imaging locations. The incumbent will also assist the area technologists in moving patients on and off the examination tables, preparing the Power Injectors, assist with worklist workflow management, utilizing the Radiology Information System, while maintaining a clean, safe and well stocked work environment. Under the direct supervision of the CT Manager and the daily direction of the Lead CT Technologists. The Lead CT Technologists will assign the HAII to work in various areas of the CT Section and/or the Department of Radiology as needed. Further direction can be obtained from the Department and Hospital policy and procedure manuals as well as the CT Medical Director.
