The Facilitates Supervisor oversees assigned facilities department groups including staff, assignments, productivity and fiscal responsibilities. In this unique position, the Supervisor will engage staff in the day-to-day operations of the department in addition to interacting with customers to seek new initiatives for growth. This position also entails achieving and maintaining outstanding safety standards while effectively guiding and encouraging the professional development of the team.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Vocational/Technical Degree: Maintenance, mechanical, or other related trade program (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Certification and Licensure Requirements:

Experience and Skills:
- 3-years institutional and/or healthcare electrical experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience (required)
- 4-5 years Building maintenance or facilities management experience (required)
- HVAC and Power-plant knowledge (preferred)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory bodies (strongly preferred)
