Responsibilities

Functions as an administrative representative. The administrative supervisor oversees both the clinical, bed management and staffing function for the hospital. Collaborates with physicians, nursing staff and other medical professionals to ensure the quality of care given. Enforces the administrative policies, procedures and directives of Kennedy Health System.

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Three years of recent registered nursing experience with two years of management experience preferred. Current RN license in the State of New Jersey. ACLS, PALS preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills required in order to make quick decisions.
