In this position, you will enroll and maintain government payors for California and possible out of State enrollments. Coordinate completion of applications with physicians and liaison with CMS, DHCS, CCS and AIA administrators at each payor to ensure timely processing. Monitor expiring CLIA’s, Revalidations, Terminations. Maintain enrollment ECHO One App database. Coordinate processing of Bill Areas, Pat Records, Fee Schedules, and suspended load ready files requests, as needed. This position serves as the point-of-contact for all provider enrollment related questions. Documents and records all related information in the Provider Enrollment system and other applicable internal systems. Maintains copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates,
malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers. Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to produce a high output of accurate applications, is essential to this role.
You will be accountable for all aspects of provider enrollment to ensure provider data is loaded appropriately in all relevant systems the first time. Accountable for directly entering and updating provider data into the PECOS, PAVE and Provider Enrollment Databases. Accurately perform review of new enrollment files for deficiencies. Ensure third party payor provider enrollment is done in a timely and accurately in order to receive reimbursement. Responsible for the on-going maintenance of existing providers including but not limited the submission of maintenance forms to update personal and practice demographic data for providers and billing updates. Accountable for submitting termination requests to all government payors in a timely manner. Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations. Other duties, as assigned.
